the location was fantastic , close to several key areas. the room design was modern and efficient , maximizing the small space. i received a daily dining credit , which i used at the hotel café for pastries and coffee.
the elevators were occasionally slow , causing a small delay during peak times.

The location is near new york university. it is also within walking distance of many amenities. the neighborhood contains excellent restaurants and is easy to reach from several train stations. It really adds value.

room issues and slow elevators

The room felt cramped , especially with luggage. the elevator service was frustrating . I often waited a long time , and one morning only one elevator was working. this made getting around the hotel difficult. housekeeping service was only every other day unless requested , a policy i found inconvenient.

I appreciated their assistance with local recommendations. the hotel's location proved ideal, with convenient access to subway stations and nearby restaurants. i found the room design efficient despite the compact size. dining credit offered a nice perk for trying the hotel café.
The bathroom door lacked complete opacity. This affected privacy slightly.
